"95 out of Pre-release CD Review Oct " Are you familiar with Screamer from the USA? No? Well, let me talk about these guys About twenty years ago they released an album called ''Target: Earth''. I can't say they shocked the world with it but that had nothing to do with the band nor the music.

Editorial Reviews Target Earth was Screamer's debut and only album. Released in , durng an era when black-vinyl LPs were being recalled from the market and when thrash and grunge-metal were taking over the market, this album was largely ignored by critics.5/5(2).

"Target: Earth" is one of those albums that makes you glad you spent the time to search the underground for good quality metal. Screamer play a dark, melodic style of metal, not unlike bands such as Crimson Glory, early Queensryche, and early Fates Warning.
